The university announces the launch of a new training module available for faculty and staff: 4 Seasons of Reconciliation.
The online certificate course was developed by in collaboration with . Participants will learn the historical and current experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada, beginning pre-contact; including modules on residential schools, intergenerational trauma, reconciliation and restitution, and more.
Taking action towards understanding Indigenous perspectives can help promote reconciliation and create economic and environmental opportunities and partnerships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
